Returns + Exchanges

Return Eligibility
Items purchased through Opening Ceremony are eligible for return within 30 days of the order shipment date.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must:

• Be unworn, unused, and in saleable condition
• Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories
• Be returned in their original condition

For footwear, the original shoe box and any included accessories must be returned as part of the return.

Final Sale Items

The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Sale and markdown merchandise
• Limited-edition collections and special releases
• Collaborative collections
• Underwear, boxer briefs, and socks
• Sunglasses
• Any item marked “Final Sale” at the time of purchase

Domestic Returns (U.S.)

Return Window

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the shipment date.

Processing Time

Once received, returns are typically processed within 7–14 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

International Returns

International returns must be submitted through Opening Ceremony’s designated global shipping partner.

Please include the original packing slip with your return shipment. Opening Ceremony is not responsible for returns lost in transit when shipped outside of the approved return process.

Exchanges

Domestic U.S. Orders

• Full-price merchandise may be exchanged within 30 days of fulfillment
• Final sale items are not eligible for exchange
• If the requested exchange item is unavailable, a refund may be issued in accordance with our return policy

International Orders

• Approved exchanges will receive a prepaid return label
• Final sale items are not eligible for exchange
• If the requested exchange item is unavailable, the item may be returned for a refund

Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow 10–14 business days after processing for funds to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
